I think this is the picture of the very first Thrifter is history! She couldn't afford the Easter hats at the millinery so she went home, saw her laundry basket just sitting there so she turns it upside down, sticks in a few flowers and doo dads, plops it on her head and Voila...! What a woman! LOL!
