Shopping Vintage Pink

At HiHo of course! This hutch is painted an amazing shade of blush pink, has great glass doors and is the perfect size for any room. The vintage hand painted plate has lost some of it's original paint but not any of it's charm. You don't always have to fill a cupboard to make it appear full. Sometimes less is really more.
The throw and the matching pillows are a fun mix of floral and stripes.
Now remember not all is lost if you can't get to HiHo to shop for vintage pink... You can always wear vintage pink and just go shopping!

I really need to get a move on, still lots to do to prepare for a busy weekend of shoppers. Be sure to visit all the Pink Saturday posts by clicking on the button in my side bar, tell Beverly, Heidi sent ya! Hmmmm, maybe I'll make a snack before bed... Happy Pink!

Camping HiHo Style

As the RVs rolled by HiHo headed for the camp ground. I spent the day setting up camp at HiHo.

It has put me in the mood for marshmallows...

Full Assortment of Candles

Don't you love it when your done unloading the groceries and the pantry is full? Well the same feeling comes over me when I order candles and every scent and color I requested arrives at once.
A full selection to choose from and everything is organized. Ahh, a job well done.

New Hours!!

Many of you have inquired about evening hours. So... we will now be open Thursday evenings until 7:30.

Time For Some Bubbly

An assortment of perfume bottles arrived and we paired them up with our own Classic HiHo. With teens in the house, I think it will be a while before my personal care products at the house will be making a pretty statement in the bath....However arranging them at the store gave me fond memories of days gone by. ( Quiet baths and clean folded towels, Ha!)
Of course I have the shower gel, the brown sugar scrub and the shea butter, they just go really quickly....teens know a good thing when they see it. Hey, if they are worth it, you are too...Stop in and treat yourself to one of these delightful products.

June Bride?

With the month of June's arrival, I was motivated to set the mood in our Haute' Haven room. Anyone familiar with HiHo knows I love layering. Stacking these two tables and piling on the two sets of china, had me smiling all day. These very popular mini domed cake stands, work great as a lift for the cup/saucer and a cover for your favorite dessert. Nothing wrong with splitting the set.
Pulling a tea cart or a smaller table right up to the dinning table gives you a chance to extend the theme of the table and have more space for serving.
Add the unexpected, the cloth rose petals and the candle favors, will make your guests feel special. You don't need an special occasion to enjoy entertaining.

Wine Windows

In celebration of our new association with the wine trail, the windows got a makeover.

You can see the differance a few short weeks makes with the flower boxes.

Tennis anyone?
